Outdoor Barback (Seasonal)

Description:

SUMMARY: To assist Hut Assistants with stocking products and ice to complete beverage service for the Summer Outdoor Event Series. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Monitor and replenish respective beverage products: i.e. bottled beer, keg beer, liquor, pop premix, pop post mix, CO2 and ice as necessary
 Monitor and stock cups and glasses as necessary
 Clean assigned areas

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification
Preferred:
 High School Diploma/GED

 Accurate and detail-oriented
 Strong organizational skills
 Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
