SUMMARY: Directs pit operations including control of secured assets and game integrity and protection. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. RESPONSIBILITIES - Schedule pit assignments, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews - Direct daily work activities ensuring conformance to standards, policies and procedures - Promote positive team member and guest relations - Assess table games activity and guest evaluations and communicate with surveillance - Monitor equipment to assure tables are in good repair and gaming devices meet standards - Responsible for money transactions on assigned games - Operate the table games data application - Ensure that comp guidelines are followed - Complete pit counts and reports - Process jackpots and complete required IRS forms QUALIFICATIONS Required: - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience - 1- year table games, or similar, supervisory experience preferably with knowledge of Treasure Island’s policies and procedures Preferred: - Understanding of Table Games Yield management - Knowledge in advantage play recognition such as basic strategy and card counting systems Skills Required: - Accurate and detail-oriented - Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities - Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP - Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - Excellent problem solving skills - Strong conflict resolution skills
