Cash Services Technician

Description:

$22.50 an hour

SUMMARY: Maintain and repair Multi-Function Kiosks, ATMs and coin / currency processing equipment within the Cash Services Department. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in the minimum quest service expectations.

-Maintain and repair currency counting, verification, coin wrapping equipment and TITO Redemption Kiosks
-Perform preventative maintenance on all cash services equipment
-Repair and maintain bill stacker carts, bill stacker boxes and gaming boxes
-Assist with internal and external guest service related problems
-Monitor repairs of all cash services equipment / furniture
-Assist with ATM and Multi-Function kiosk fills
-Maintain uninterrupted services of ATMs and Multi-Function Kiosks
-Assist Cashiers in the Vault to maintain an efficient operation as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:
Required:
-2-year electronic degree or 3 years electronic / mechanical experience
-Accurate and detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
-Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair specialized equipment
-Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Excellent math skills

Preferred:
-Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools and electrical/electronic test equipment
-Proven soldering skills
-Proven ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams and identify electronic components
