Multi-Outlet Restaurant Manager

$75,920 starting salary

SUMMARY: To provide leadership and direction and oversee operations in assigned outlets. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews
- Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
- Develop an annual budget, and maintain controls on financials, including labor costs, to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness of operations
- Coordinate, communicate, and follow up with internal business partners to ensure delivery of superior guest service
- Create, maintain, revise and provide direction regarding training manuals, policy / procedure manual, and job descriptions
- Establish and uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Develop food and supply orders, keeping a minimal amount of stock in inventory
- Address guest questions, complaints or concerns
- Develop, update and implement menus and menu selections

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 4-year degree in Hospitality or related field or 5 years management experience in a high-volume, similar style restaurant; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred:
- Budgeting experience
- Computer-based cash handling systems experience

Skills
Required:

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Windows
