To ensure guests have a pleasurable dining experience and provide direction to Prime Thyme staff. Answer questions pertaining to product served and offer suggestions and take food and beverage orders. Follow established procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage and prevention of cross-contamination and ensure product is properly dated and labeled. Schedule and train Attendant and assist Supervisor with administrative duties. REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of kitchen operations and general equipment usage required. Previous guest service experience preferably in a similar type restaurant required.
