Lead Inventory Control Coordinator

*Hire on Bonus*
$1,000 hire on bonus is for new hires and rehires that are returning after 5 years or more. The bonus will be paid out in equal $665/$670 portions after successfully completing 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of employment with Treasure Island Resort & Casino.

This is a Monday - Friday position

SUMMARY: To maintain inventory accuracy and levels by using inventory management software and provide technical leadership to the Warehouse staff. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain inventory accuracy by auditing transactions
- Forward completed documents to Finance
- Prepare cycle counts, inventory and reconcile the counts
- Research inventory problems to identify root causes of discrepancies
- Ensure all items received have been confirmed and processed
- Maintain the inventory location system and use it to maximize the pick efficiency
- Assist with resolving discrepancies such as shipment variances, damages/defects, substitutions and tracing of lost shipment
- Coordinate the receipt of incoming shipments
- Monitor receipts to ensure timely and accurate processing including data entry in Great Plains
- Provide leadership, direction and assistance to Warehouse Coordinators as needed
- Assist with administrative responsibilities and perform Supervisor’s duties as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Experience with automated inventory management systems
- 2 years experience inventory control

Preferred:
- 2 years related experience in Inventory Control, warehouse distribution, or shipping/receiving preferred or equivalent education in Inventory Control
